Despatch Time

Orders will be shipped within 2 working days unless under exceptional circumstances, but please take in to account weekends, and national holidays, which may make this longer. We will always keep you updated with the status of your order, but should you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Our shipping costs are in line with Royal Mail and Collect+ Courier Services’ 2016 prices. They are based on the weight and size of items, so they will vary depending on how many items you are buying, and how heavy or large we have estimated them to be. However, all weights and sizes are approximate, so the postage cost stated at checkout may vary from the one you see on the parcel when it arrives. Some may be more and some may be less.

All UK orders with a value of £10 and over are sent via no less than Royal Mail Signed For to offer extra reassurance, or by Collect+ Courier Services, and you will be notified of the tracking reference for your order once it has been despatched. For particularly large or heavy orders, we may have to use an alternative courier service. In these cases no shipping option will be offered at checkout, and instead you will be asked to contact us so that we can then source an alternative courier for you.

UK orders under £10 have the option of being sent by Standard 1st or 2nd Class, with a maximum cost of £3.35.

Delivery Time-scales

Delivery times are reliant on the shipping method chosen at checkout, but we have listed below the approximate delivery times provided by the carrier for each option (please see further down for International Delivery time-scales).

  • Royal Mail 1st Class – Aim to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays.
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class – Aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery – Guaranteed next working day before 1pm, not including Saturday.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (with Saturday Guarantee) – As above, but includes Saturday.
  • Collect+ Courier – Typically within 3-5 working days.

Please note that should you expect to be out when your order arrives, we unfortunately cannot give instructions to leave deliveries with a neighbour/in a safe place, or to telephone prior to deliveryRoyal Mail will leave a card should you be out when they attempt delivery, and you can then either collect your order from the delivery office specified on the card, or arrange a re-delivery via their website. Items not collected, and where a re-delivery isn’t arranged, will be returned to us after 18 days. If your order is sent via Collect+ then they will attempt to leave it with a neighbour, otherwise the courier will keep the item for re-delivery. They will attempt re-delivery up to 3 times, if all are unsuccessful then the parcel will be returned to us. Where a package is returned to us through no fault of our own, you will be contacted and will incur an additional postage charge should you wish for us to re-send. Should you decide for us not to re-send, we will refund the cost of the items minus the postage costs.

Sadly we have no control over an order once we have posted it. For an order to be classed as missing we need to allow up to 15 working days from the expected delivery date, at which point we we will help as much as we can to track it down for you, and will take the appropriate action to refund or replace your order if appropriate.

International Shipping

Shipping costs from the UK to other EU countries may be higher depending on your order value (if over £10), so please bear this in mind if you are placing an order from one of those countries. All orders over £10 will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed or International Tracked & Signed, depending on the destination. Orders with a value of £10 or less are sent via International Standard. They aim to deliver within 3-5 working days for all options.

We regret that we are unable to offer delivery outside of the EU at this time.

Packaging

All orders are packaged with great care, and for that distinct Boutique feel, we beautifully bind your items in ribbon, and securely seal them inside an Eco Mailing bag. On occasion we may send your items in re-used packaging (if you would prefer not to have re-used packaging then please let us know on the notes section of your order). To allow us to keep postage costs as low as we can for you, we may package nappies opened out, to keep the parcel as flat as possible.
