Orders

When placing an order on this website you are creating a contract between yourself and us (fluffybumboutique.co.uk). We promise to fulfil your order as quickly as we possibly can, although sometimes there may be delays that are out of our control. If/when this occurs we will contact you as soon as we are able, to offer you the option of either cancelling your order, or allowing us to fulfil it within an agreed time-scale. You, as the purchaser, agree to make payment for all goods in advance, prior to despatch and via our preferred method of payment, which is currently PayPal, although this method is subject to change at our discretion.

Adding Items to Your Cart

The item(s) that you add to your cart will be held in there for 45 minutes, if you do not check out before that time, the items will be removed from your cart and become available for others to purchase.

During periods of high demand, where there may be several people adding the same item(s) to their cart at the same time, it may appear that items have successfully been added to your cart, but if one or more other customers were slightly quicker at adding the items to their carts, then they will be given priority, and the items will be removed from your cart, or you will see a message in your cart stating that the item is no longer available.

If you do see a message in your cart stating that an item is no longer available then try again later. It may be that it’s being held in someone else’s cart awaiting checkout, and will become available again if they don’t checkout before their 45mins is up.

Cancelling An Order

You can cancel your order from the moment it is placed until 14 days from the day you receive your items. You can cancel your order by contacting us, or completing the optional Cancellation/Returns Form.

Returns

We hope that you like your fluffy purchase, but understand that sometimes items may not be what you expected once you physically have them in front of you. So if you change your mind once your order has arrived, then we will accept returns for exchange or a full refund up to 14 days after receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom items, unless faulty or significantly different from the design that you specified.

Please contact us or complete the optional Cancellation/Returns Form prior to returning an item so that we know to expect it. We also advise that you obtain proof of posting or send Signed For.

We will always try to process all returned items as quickly as possible, however during busy periods please allow up to 7 working days from date of return for your refund or exchange to be processed.

We will only refund or replace items that are returned to us in an unused, unwashed, and re-saleable condition (in its original packaging where applicable), and if returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept items that have been washed, even if they are unused, unless they are faulty.

Items are returned to us at your own risk, and we cannot be held responsible if an item you return goes missing or is damaged in the post. Obtaining proof of posting or sending Signed For will allow you to make a claim with Royal Mail should this happen.

We are unable to refund any charges you incur in returning items to us for exchange or refund (unless the item is faulty). However, if the item is to be exchanged we will not charge you any further postage costs. In the case of refunds, we are only required to refund your initial postage up to the value of our most basic postage option, even if you chose a more expensive option.

Faulty items

We will deal with faulty items on a case by case basis and will do our best to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Faulty items will be refunded or replaced providing the item is returned to us in a clean and dry condition, it has been cared for as per our Product Care guide, is without stains, and with a clear explanation of the fault. In some cases we may be able to send faulty items to be repaired and then returned to you at no extra cost.

Postage costs will be refunded in the instance of genuine faulty items. Nappy leakage alone is not classed as a fault and is usually down to user error. We can try to advise you in this case, so please contact us for assistance or take a look at our FAQ section.

Privacy

Fluffy Bum Boutique is committed to keeping the privacy of all visitors to fluffybumboutique.co.uk and therefore have the following privacy policy in place.

  • What information do we collect?

We may collect, store and use the following kind of data:-

Information relating to your computer and about your visits to and use of this website (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type, operating system, referral source, length of visit and number of page views).   2. Information that you provide to us for the purpose of placing an order or registering as a customer.
  3. Any other information that you choose to send us.
  • What information do we not hold?
  1. We do not hold any financial information related to any purchases you make from us, all of this information is held securely by PayPal. All payments are processed by PayPal, for more information please visit the PayPal website.
  • Use of your personal data.
  1. We will only use the information provided by you in the course of our business. This includes sending you our very occasional newsletter via email, which you can unsubscribe from at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter.
  2. The information provided by you that is stored by Google when you visit our website will only be used to analyse website performance (number of visitors etc.), and will not be sold or passed on to any third party (this information does not personally identify you).
  3. Information that is provided by you to PayPal will be used solely in the course of fulfilling your order, we do not hold or view any other information other than delivery details and items ordered (this information is not held by us but is held by PayPal). You should only provide your personal information to PayPal after reviewing the PayPal Privacy Policy. We will share information with paypal only to the extent that is necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website (www.fluffybumboutique.co.uk).
  • Disclosures.

We may disclose information that we have available to us, to our suppliers as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.

In addition we may also disclose information about you:-

  1. To the extent we are required to do so by law.
  2. In connection with any legal or pending legal proceedings.
  3. In order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.

You may instruct us to provide to you details of any personal information we currently hold about you. Provision of this information may be subject to a fee (currently fixed at £10).
